The process of globalization and the increased flow of migrating people create dynamic multicultural environment. Such environment needs effective language educational programs aimed not only to help to learn new languages but also to help to overcome the problems that arise from the different social and cultural background of the migrants and locals. The increased number of people who have to work or live abroad require increased number of teachers that are employed. Also there is need of easy available services that helps to do the process of learning more effective. While it is relatively easy to find a teacher or a course in the vicinity of dwelling, the quality is a matter of chance. In order to be effective the process of learning has to be supervised by mentors, who could help to the student not only to advance in the learning of the language itself, but also to understand the intrinsic logic and the cultural background that lies behind it.
